We've developed this tool with the generous support of our partners CCLA Good Investments. It's designed to guide you on your journey towards Good Governance. We hope it helps you see where you're doing well and supports you to take the steps needed to improve if there are any gaps.
The questions you will answer are based on the Scottish Governance Code for the Third Sector, which sets out the five core principles and key elements of good governance for the boards of charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises – whatever their shape, size or activities.
